10. Account Closure and Termination

27vip reserves the right to suspend, close, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policy
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Bonus abuse or irregular play patterns
• Request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity

Upon account closure, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you (minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to 27vip) unless your account was closed due to fraud or violation of Terms, in which case we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will be able to withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard verification procedures and wagering requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 27vip is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and 27vip.
